History
We purchased Colby Hill Inn in 2016 and relaunched the restaurant as a farm-to-table driven fine dining restaurant called The Grazing Room. In 2016, we were named one of the top 10 new restaurants in the state by New Hampshire Magazine and in January 2017 we earned Gold-Level certification as a Farm to Table Restaurant (only one of 3 in the state) by the NH Farm to Table Connection.
Specialties
We serve exceptional dinners with grand hospitality year round to inn guests and the public. Our chef brings a global flare to the freshest and finest foods sourced in New Hampshire and within no more than 150 miles from the Inn when possible. We intend to become a certified local restaurant as we are committed to New Hampshire's outstanding farms, distilleries, vineyards, and fishermen.
