Republic specializes in seafood from the North Atlantic coast prepared with the flavors of the Mediterranean. Republic sources locally and all our proteins are raised by local farms. Republic offers small plates, salads, paninis, flatbreads, and entrees with many vegetarian and vegan options. Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
