Charlie Pini aka Charcoal Charlie has been tending the smoker for 25+ years. He started I SMELL SMOKE! a competition BBQ team and has traveled the country doing competitions. Charlie now stays a little closer to home and offers his award winning BBQ through catering and CC&D's Kitchen Market, but still manages in a few competitions every year and of course his annual trek to the Harpoon Brewery Competition in July.
