Free Wi-fi & Hot Showers -River Access, New Sitting area along river - Sparkling blue Inground pool (Mem Day -Columbus Day) RV’s 30 & 50 amp- up to 40'. Tent on River Sites or small primitive tent sites. Cabins are NON-Smoking & some PET-FRIENDLY! Enjoy FoosBall, Billards, Basketball, Horseshoes, Volleyball, & Park area. Near COG, Mt. Washington, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mtn, Flume, 5 Golf Courses, Horseback Rides , Chairlift & Helicopter Rides, Santa’s Village, Whale's Tales, Clark's Bears, Kancamagus Hwy, Many Hiking Trails, Swimming Holes, Upper & Lower Falls & More. Open for Winter Seasonal Camping from mid November to mid March and we have 4 winter cabins for short term rental. Come see the winter wonderland at Santas Village in December!
