Joe Fraga, a licensed Realtor found there was a need in the housing market for updating old surfaces to looking like new inexpensively. Surface Repair and Refinishing was born and we began helping investors and apartment complexes make their places look current. We have now expanded to the residential market and are excited for the opportunity to create some art for you.
