Theresa (the head manager) is trash. Omg. There has been a murder last year on Christmas and this year in summer there was a shoot out that the stray bullets went into a different apartments...

They maintenance and management is virtually non existent, if you have an emergency on the weekend don't expect a call back ever. Kids are in pool area unsupervised.

Dirty apartments Needs lots of work remodel, work, plumbing, work painting. Specially, paint new carpet that was not cleaned.
