History
Owner and Founder, Alberto, grew up in Mexico City. Shortly after moving to Las Vegas as a young man, he got a job as a busboy in a restaurant. Although Las Vegas became his permanent home, Mexico was never too far away. As a father, he took his children to Mexico every year to enjoy the sights, sounds and authentic tastes of Mexico. As a grandfather, he wanted to bring the best of Mexico to his grandchildren, his friends and his community. Frijoles offers the best of Mexico's favorite dishes. Frijoles is owned and operated by Alberto's family; a family that knows, loves and craves Mexican food.

From flavor-packed carne asada, marinated chicken, al pastor, and grilled shrimp, to fire-grilled Mexican street corn (Elotes!) and countless fresh fruit agua fresca combinations, Frijoles has become the new local favorite. Tacos, burritos and quesadillas come packed with your choice of meat, cheese, avocado, pico de gallo and sour cream (or any combination those). Oh, and the shrimp cocktails are a little piece of heaven. From tostadas to salads, our dishes are made only with the freshest and most authentic ingredients and flavors of Mexico.
