History

Family owned an operated by third generation. All recipes and sauces are homemade, and have been handed down from our great grandmother, who originated from Mexico.

#1 Best seller is our Green Chile made with pork (chile is from hatch) You can't go wrong with a cup of our homemade Albondigas soup (Mexican meatballs ) You will drink the salsa it's so good, gallons are made fresh daily .
