History
The Colonnade Hotel was built as a meeting house in 1880 for the Italian Benevolent Society. It was occupied for less than ten years and then left vacant until 1938. Operated as a hotel from 1938-1999 when the current owners purchased it and turned it into their home then began the long process of restoring the building. In October 2020, the first living space open to the public was completed. More spaces coming in the future.

We offer a spacious studio apartment with full kitchen, laundry, large bathroom, and work station. Guests can relax in our outdoor garden and warm themselves next to the fire pit.
