Advanced Telecommunications and Zantess Telecommunications writes bad checks to employees who quit or are fired. They use a telemarketing script that fools potential business customers into believing they are AT&T & "calling about an issue with their bill". This angers many potential customers as they realize it is an unethical approach to gaining business. Many work for this company & earn next to nothing. I was one of the top sales people both at Zantess & Advanced but witnessed others who put every effort in work all week long to get a paycheck for $10, $20 and even nothing. I have seen my checks reduced 50% for lines that have fallen out. I would advise all to stay away and not to work for them. If you have worked for them and got a bad check and want to be part of a class action lawsuit please email your information. They could be liable for back wages even though they hire people as independent contractors.
