The Carson City Post Office is a historic building in Carson City, Nevada, constructed between 1888 and 1891 and designed by architect Mifflin E. Bell. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, it served as a courthouse for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada from 1891 to 1965.
Renamed the Paul Laxalt State Building in 1999, it now houses the Nevada Commission on Tourism and stands as a significant example of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture, being the only federal building of its style in Nevada.
