The company is building a new subdivision in our area. They appear to have most of the grading done and have paved the roads for it including ours which I can assume will be a maintenance entrance...

Would not recommend, they messed up our whole grading permit process and when time is money .... they cost me a lot. had to hire a whole new company to regrade and reapply.
