We achieved this very bright look by doing a double process all over lightener and toner to achieve an icy bright beautiful blonde

We added very bright blonde baby lights around the hairline to brighten up an ombré hair color

We added very bright baby lights in her fringe and around her face. We finished this look off with big, light, feathery curls.
