Established in 2020. It was 2017 when Alina and Pasquale linked up. Alina who was at the time inspiring to be a chef was already certified in nutrition and holistic health. Cooking was her passion and she loved helping others accomplish their nutrition goals. Pasquale having a hospitality marketing and sales background, had a passion for creating concepts. One day Alina had a brunch party. There were many delicious treats to be had But there was one specific item, that was unique and special that Pasquale never experienced before. No sugar was added and made with 100% real ingredients. Pasquale immediately asked Alina to partner with him and create a healthy cafe concept Three year laters they now have
