The newest restaurant from the EDO Hospitality Group in Las Vegas, Anima by EDO continues the tradition of hospitality and border-free flavor from Roberto Liendo, Oscar Amador, and Joseph Mikulich. With a raw bar, charcuterie program, sharable plates, and considerate beverage program, Anima continues to elevate off-strip dining in Las Vegas. Anima is open dinner Thursday through Tuesday at The Gramercy.
