I really don't know what would cause these stains but I will call this one "greased up fat guy"

It took them a half hour to come to the front desk so that I could check in...

Not sure what stains were on the mattress cover

NOT CLEAN !.!Needs major UPDATE!.!.!. and to top things off, non refundable, and it's 16 degrees outside, and the heater doesn't work
