HistoryOmega School of Gymnastics opened it's doors in April of 1976. For 40 years the staff of Omega has operated under the philosophy that each child who comes through our doors will benefit from the life-lessons of gymnastics: self-confidence, self-discipline, work ethic, fitness, and goal-setting. We impart these lessons in a fun, safe, caring environment where we believe we are not just developing good gymnasts, but confident, disciplined students of life.SpecialtiesHere at Omega Gymnastics we specialize in gymnastics and tumbling classes for children in first grade and higher. Omega's educational program offers a place for every level of gymnastics from the recreational beginner through the highly competitive USA Junior Olympic program. Our 10,000 square foot facility features two in-ground foam pits, an in-ground trampoline, and multiple sets of Olympic-specification equipment. Our coaching staff is committed to bringing the highest levels of technical coaching expertise to each one of our students.
