Good communication!!! Lon does a great job! Love her... My nails would always break , but with Lon somehow they stay GREAT . I wear a french manicure and can easily go three weeks! Highly recommend

My nail (the blue one) was smudged in the process of dying and instead of starting over the nail tech copped an attitude and just painted over the smudge creating a lumpy and messy looking finish....
