Not the best up front customer service, but great with computers and fast! Always works us in quickly and Chopper himself is very friendly and very good. I don't use anyone else

Came in to have my iPhone 5s screen replaced. Stood inside for 5 minutes without being greeted although no one was busy. Finally talked with an employee and gave them my phone and a contact number...
