Opening March 2015, Burger Theory Omaha is located inside the Holiday Inn Downtown Omaha.

Made To Order From Quality Ingredients All of our burgers are made to order and from quality ingredients. Our beef burgers are a special blend of Angus chuck, brisket and short rib. Our selections include 24 bottle beers and 20 draft beers!

The food was pretty delicious, I enjoyed the cheese spread it was melt in your mouth savory with the burger. The waitress was great! Literally surprised me in the best way with a few questions....

The building is so cute! Me and my family were coming here for a place to stay and we found this restaurant. The service is awesome, very nice waitress. Food was very good aswell.
