Blair High School
Blair High School, founded in 1970, is a comprehensive and modern school offering a number of programs to meet the student needs. It offers classes in art, foreign language, English, music, physical education science, and social studies. The school also provides a wide range of college preparatory, vocational and general courses for grades nine to 12. Students can select from more than 125 courses, 20 clubs and organizations, and 10 athletic teams as part of a well-rounded total educational program. Its staff includes more than 40 full- and part-time teachers, three administrators, media specialist, technology coordinator, psychologist, nurse, and two guidance counselors. The school provides various sport programs, and extracurricular activities, including yearbook, quiz bowl, French and Spanish clubs, mock trial, and academic decalathon. Blair High School has received the Secondary School Recognition Award from the United States Department of Education, and is located in Blair, Neb.
