Founded in 1902, the Beatrice Daily Sun, a subsidiary of Lee Enterprises, is a daily newspaper that provides local, sports and entertainment news to Beatrice, Neb., and its surrounding areas. The newspaper has a daily circulation of nearly 8,000.
