Killdeer is a city in Dunn County, North Dakota in the United States. The population was 751 at the 2010 census.
Killdeer was founded in 1914 at the end of a Northern Pacific Railway branch line that began in Mandan. The name was taken from the nearby Killdeer Mountains.
Killdeer is home to Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, a contract manufacturer of electronic circuit board assemblies, cables, harnesses, and ground support equipment.
