Cove City is a town in Craven County, North Carolina, United States under the leadership of its mayor, Dred Charleton Mitchell, Jr. and his son Mitch. The population was 412 at the 2008 census. It is part of the New Bern, North Carolina Micropolitan Statistical Area.
