Brewery Opening 2017 We will open our brewery September 28th 2017 to the public. About us & our philosophies: The Bridgers, The Crazies, the Tobacco Roots, the Spanish Peaks. There are as many beers to brew as there are mountains around us. And just as many flavors to discover, like beers made with the wild yeasts floating in the Bozeman air. Or barrel-fermented and aged beers. Mountains Walking is a mutual adventure as we try out a new recipe and you tell us what you think. Our kitchen will serve pizzas and other seasonal bites that pair well with our beers. We hope you stop by when we open in the early Fall.
Specialties
BEER Our goal is to make beers that pretty much couldn't come from anywhere but Bozeman. The climate, the altitude, the native yeasts that live here-all these things make up our terroir, which can impact our beers. Visit our pub and you'll find all types of beers, from classic pilsners and lagers to bright and hoppy IPAs to sour and barrel-aged beers. With 20 taps, you can expect to discover entirely new flavors, like beers aged in our cypress foeders, or dank and piney India pale ales, as well as new takes on easy-drinking Saisons and Helles beers. Each visit to our pub will be a new adventure--a new conversation with beer and its possibilities. FOOD We use the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients--many raised right nearby--plus a hand-built wood-fired oven to help you find your own favorite combinations. Everything we serve is made from scratch, from small bites to full meals, and is sourced and prepared with the same attention we bring to our beers. Our menu is ever-changing according to the availability of ingredients and in keeping with our tap list. The one thing you probably won't get is bored.
