WEDNESDAYS Special: CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS. Fried chicken thighs and biscuit dumplings drenched in a mirepoix gravy, topped with spicy honey.

SOUTHERN DIP: House roast beef, thinly sliced, on a Le Petit Outre baguette with garlic aioli, and tomato jam, dipping cup of red-eye gravy.

WARM WINTER SQUASH SUCCOTASH: Winter squash, lima beans, and corn sautéed, complemented with a grilled portabella mushroom and vegan Creole.

BLT BITES: Fried green tomato, pork belly, pimento cheese, tomato jam, UM campus-grown micro radish greens

BLACKENED CHICKEN SALAD: Spring mix greens, blackened chicken breast, white cheddar, dirty rice, sautéed trinity vegetables, grape tomatoes.
