In 1990, it developed an outsourcing company known as Professional Accounts Receivable Management (PARM) that handles long-term self-pay billing. American Collectors Association has certified the company's collectors. Credit Associates Inc. has memberships with various associations, such as the American Collectors Association (ACA), MT Medical Group Managers Association (MTMGA), Medical Dental Hospital Association (MDHA) and Healthcare Financial Management (HFM).
