Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services strives for financial and medical support of children. It establishes, enforces and increases public awareness of parental obligations. The division provides federally mandated child support enforcement services, including locating absent parents, establishing paternity, establishing financial and medical support orders, and enforcing child support, among others. It comprises of administrative services, field services, program and training, legal services, budget and the office of the administrative law judge.
