Russellville is a city in Cole County, Missouri, United States. The population was 758 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Jefferson City, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area. The school of Russellville is Cole County R-1 and is home to the Russellville Indians it is also the home of the 2010 Lady Indians State Cross Country State Champs.
