Pro Computer Solutions, Inc is a Microsoft Certified Partner providing Full-Service IT systems and networking support to small and medium sized companies in the Greater Kansas City area and beyond. We listen and work with our clients to provide complete technology solutions at a fixed monthly cost to meet their specific needs. This unique approach eliminates the need for our clients to have to hire and maintain an internal IT Staff, saving them from the headaches involved with concerning payroll, hiring expenses, and staff turnover. Our goal is to foster continuing, long-term relationships with our clients so we are better able to help them understand how technology can help improve efficiency and operate more productively. This approach allows us to proactively maintain client systems at a very high level and allows them to benefit from having an IT department without the high overhead generally associated with hiring employees. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients and they continue to show us their appreciation by referring our services to their friends and colleagues. Ryan has been working in the technology industry since the late 90s. Although he started in software development and quality assurance, he soon found his passion supporting networks and computer systems. Ryan spends most of his days working with client proposals, client strategic planning, and reviewing system automation for Managed Care clients. What's left of his day is dedicated to growing and evolving Pro Computer Solutions so that it continues to WOW the client. Ryan grew up and still lives in Blue Springs. In 2002 he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Degree for Computer Information Systems. Ryan and his wife, Kimberly, have been happily married since 2002. They have 2 dogs, a cat, and are looking forward to starting a family soon. David has been working on computers in some form or another since he was introduced to his first Apple II in the 4th grade. Since that time he was the go to guy for computer problems at every company he worked for until being hired as the first Systems Administrator for a quickly growing Kansas City firm over 10 years ago. During his time there he helped grow their computer network from 1 server and 20 workstations to a dozen servers and hundreds of workstations. In 2004, Ryan and he merged their numerous part-time consulting jobs and together formed Pro Computer Solutions to deliver professional solutions to home and business users. David has lived in the Kansas City area all of his life. He's been happily married for over 18 years to his wonderful wife Karen and has 2 girls in the Blue Springs School District and a son at the University of Nebraska. When he's not working on the business David coaches soccer, participates in Boy Scouts and is active in the Blue Springs Rotary Club.
