The method we use is Hot Water Extraction known in the industry as Steam Cleaning. We use a truck mounted system or portable system and chemical solutions that are biodegradable, safe for pets and children. A pre-inspection is needed so we can see the areas that you may have concerns with and that may need some extra attention. Carpet is pre-vacuumed, pre-spotted, and heavily soiled areas are pre-conditioned and brush agitated as needed. We use high pressure, very hot water, and a strong vacuum to extract which rinses the soils, allergens, bacteria, pollen, dust mites, along with the solutions we used leaving your carpet thoroughly clean. If you're not satisfied with any areas we have cleaned give us a call. We'll come back and re-clean those areas. If your still not satisfied we will refund you for those areas.
