Pilates is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the entire body without adding bulk. It is a series of controlled movements that engage mind and body, performed on five specifically designed exercise apparatus and supervised by trained instructors. Pure Pilates Plus specializes in creating a custom workout tailored for the bodies and capabilities of each individual student.
