Since 1972, the Southmoor Apartments have been providing apartments for the community, with amenities including a swimming pool and movie rentals. There is plenty of green space at the Southmoor apartments, and residents may barbecue in the common area. Many of the residents at the Southmoor are long term and have lived there for ten or more years.
