Devoted to using local and seasonal ingredients, owner and executive chef Paul Buzzetta learned how to cook from his Sicillian grandmother and mother. Sapore, which means 'flavor' or 'taste' in Italian, highlights Buzzetta's favorite dishes such as the Sea Bass Sicilian, Seafood Risotto and the Eggplant Stack. Also offered are a range of appetizers, soups, salads, pastas and mains, using seafood, veal and chicken.
