Dr. Rafif Ghadban treats pediatric patients with eye diseases that include cataracts, strabismus (abnormal alignment of the two eyes), refractive errors, and amblyopia (lazy eye). She also cares for adults with strabismus and diplopia (double vision). Research interests include pediatric cataracts and intraocular lens implants. Dr. Ghadban is involved in pediatric eye disease research funded by the National Institutes of Health. She is an instructor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus.
