Patrick Moen, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Moen earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He completed his residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis and then went on to complete his shoulder and elbow surgery fellowship at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Moen served as a clinical instructor at the University of South Florida and was responsible for training multiple medical students and orthopedic residents. He was awarded distinguished fellow from Florida Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Moen gives comprehensive orthopedic care to patients ages 18 and above. He diagnoses and treats tendon and ligament tears of the shoulder and elbow, shoulder arthritis, elbow arthritis, MRI interpretation, shoulder injections, elbow injections, hip and knee arthritis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, and more. Patient-centered care is the cornerstone of Dr. Moen’s medical practice. He believes an essential part of being a physician and surgeon is to provide his patients with the guidance necessary to make informed decisions. Dr. Moen is a Minnesota native and his wife is from Godfrey, Illinois, which brought them back to the St. Louis area. He enjoys spending time hiking, camping, and fishing with his wife and daughter.
