Took my Oreck vacuum in as the suction was lacking. They fixed it and within an hour called to tell me it was done. The 2 men were so kind and informative! Great, great service!

Horrible customer service.3 weeks later I am still waiting on my Hoover vacuum. They as well as Hoover showed no care in helping. I would not recommend these people at all. Terrible customer service
