HistoryJMARK was started by James Montgomery Jr. in Cabool, Missouri. The company found early, sustained success in offering full-service computer repairs and maintenance for businesses in that area. After strong growth over the next eight years, JMARK moved its offices to Springfield in 1996. Thomas H. Douglas joined JMARK in 1997 and quickly rose to the position of President two years later. Not long after that, Tom and a group of partners purchased JMARK and reincorporated as JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. in 2001. Over the next decade, JMARK continued its meteoric rise under Tom's leadership. In 2012, the company opened an office in Fayetteville, Arkansas; and in 2015, JMARK expanded again, this time to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
