Live Pure Yoga has been featured in 417 magazine and the Springfield Business Journal. Being the first studio in the area to combine yoga with fitness-based classes designed to use your own body weight as well as external weights to sculpt your body and enhance your overall well-being, they understand the need for a well-rounded fitness program. Live Pure Yoga was founded in 2015 by Stephanie Wubbena with the dream of creating a studio where she could share her love of yoga and fitness in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment. The studio was purchased in May 2019 by Lilly McCown. With her love of fitness and desire to help others live a more healthy lifestyle, Lilly's plan is to carry on the dream of Live Pure Yoga and Fitness!

We specialize in Yoga that helps you focus on breathing through a sequence of movements that energizes your body and calms you mind. Within our Fitness classes, we offer a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance and toning, flexibility, core strengthening, and functional movement patterns. All of our workouts will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment!
