Professional Management Group, Inc. (PMG) was founded in 1985 by Mr. James R. Estes, Real Estate Broker and CPA, for the purpose of providing vacation rental and management services for condominium owners throughout the Lake area. Director, Hazel Otto, provides excellent services for both the owners and our vacation rental guests. PMG is proud to be a member of the following organizations: ~Lake Area Chamber of Commerce ~Lake of the Ozarks Convention and Visitors Bureau ~Tri-County Lodging Association ~Vacation Rentals Management Association (A nationwide group of over 400 vacation rental companies to uphold the highest standards in the industry)

The property management division of PMG, Inc. provides management, accounting, maintenance, and grounds keeping services for Condominium Associations in the Lake of the Ozarks area. We are currently managing nineteen Associations comprising of 1,900+ units on all sides of the Lake. These include some complexes that are still under development, as well as more mature complexes, ranging in sizes from 18 to 261 units. At PMG, it is our company goal to provide quality management services to the Condominium Homeowners Associations and their members. Our management services are designed to help facilitate the day-to-day care of a condominium complex, as well as to plan for the future, in order to protect the investment of all Homeowners.
