I.T.U. originally started as a residential home inspection company. After two years inspecting homes I decided that the problems I seen during my inspections were many times the fault of bad install or contractor not obeying code regulations. I then decided to make a change and use the knowledge I obtain in many years of construction and home inspections to evolve my company to what it is today. A home remodeling and renovation company. I hope to make a difference in quality of workmanship in my customers home. While also giving them a since of involvement in the process.
