For nearly a year, Shane Noble would drive up and down U.S. Highway 71 and dream of opening a restaurant. The empty shell of the former Granny D's Diner became the perfect opportunity. The majority of things the restaurant serves are homemade. The tenderloins are breaded in-house, and meat and produce is purchased locally. The restaurant owners wanted consistency for their customers, which they've tackled with their hours and their specials. Custom know they can come every day of the week, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and someone will be here. On Fridays and Saturdays, the eatery is open until 9 p.m. Some of their specials include all-you-can-eat tacos on Tuesdays, all-you-can-eat fried chicken on Thursdays/Sundays and all-you-can-eat fried catfish on Fridays.
