We are licensed by the Missouri and Illinois Departments of Health and Senior Services, Medicare and Medicaid certified and have contracts with major insurances. We serve patients in the St. Louis metropolitan area and the Illinois counties of Madison, Macoupin, St. Clair and Bond, averaging a census of 400 patients served by a staff of more than 150 employees.
