Professional Firefighters Professional Firefighters of Eastern Missouri (PFEM) Banquet Center in St. Peters offers space for parties, weddings, receptions, conferences and other gatherings. The Center features a large hall with on-site bar service as well as a smaller hall for more intimate gatherings, and an outdoor venue space is also available for summertime events. Catering, party planning, bar services, cakes, decor and more are available through PFEM on request.
