Dr. Dorothea Mostello's areas of expertise include: diabetes in pregnancy; weight gain and obesity in pregnancy; implications of gestational diabetes on later health; preeclampsia later health implications; and follow-up of gestational diabetes. In her practice, she provides a full range of maternal-fetal services. She is an associate professor in the Dept. of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health, Div. of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Mostello is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the Johns Hopkins Medical and Surgical Association, the American Diabetes Association, the American Medical Association, and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
