Roger Spearman, President of A-1 Private Investigations, is a retired Police Lieutenant with the University City Police Department, University City, Missouri, with 30 years' service. He graduated from the FBI National Academy at Quantico, Virginia, in 1999, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Tarkio College. He has a Master of Science Degree in Administration, and received training in Institutional Security at Forest Park Community College. In addition, he received business training at the Tuck School, Dartmouth University. Spearman founded A-1 Private Investigations in 2001 and investigated more than 300 cases in the first decade of operation. He has a current secret security clearance with the Department of Defense and is highly proficient in both management and protection services.
