Dr Christine Hachem specializes in treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including abdominal pain, bowel disease, constipation, gastrointestinal cancers, swallowing disorders and Barrett’s esophagus. She performs motility studies and conducts procedures that include double balloon enteroscopy, endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr Hachem provides a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and carries that interest through to the classroom. She is an associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr Hachem is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American College of Physicians.
