HistoryThis business emerged as a result of the stressors of 2020, particularly to address the stressors related to COVID-19. I have been active in the field of social work for 5 years, with an additional 3 years of training. I have experience with psychiatric healthcare systems, legal & guardianship issues, and community resources. I work alongside clients in identifying personal goals and developing skills based on existing strengths. I integrate treatment approaches based on a client's unique needs, while using a mindful, strengths-based and, cognitive- and dialectical-behavioral informed techniques. My role as a therapist is to build authentic relationships, motivate individuals toward their goals and maintain safety in the therapeutic relationship. My style is direct, compassionate and sometimes humorous, within a professional and relaxed atmosphere.
