HistoryEstablished in 2011, owner and head trainer Ray Norris expanded his wellness practice. Ray combined knowledge and experience of personal training, massage therapy, yoga, along with his competitive sports background, has heightened his awareness and knowledge of the importance of proper exercise to strengthen and balance various muscles to reduce the risk of injuries and improve those areas that may have become weakened from previous injuries. Working with athletes from various backgrounds such as; prowrestlers, football players, runners, cyclists, tennis players, and MMA fighters, has provided added insight and knowledge on ways to improve and prevent injuries to the body.SpecialtiesWise Warriors MMA & Fitness is located in Brentwood, MO. We are a gym that offers our members personal service, direction, and support that you won't find anywhere else. We offer the customized Warrior Training program (group personal training), as well as traditional group exercises classes: MMA Advanced, kids MMA classes, self defense, personal training, massage therapy, & yoga. We also offer other fitness programs that are designed specifically for women only(in a co-ed environment). Our goal is to help our clients achieve a fun & balanced training program.
