History
We have had a family tradition of making pizza on Sunday evenings since our children were little. Our son Nathan started working at pizza restaurants as a teenager and worked for fifteen years in St. Louis pizzerias learning the fine art of making New York style pizzas. In the fall of 2015, we started looking for a place to open a family-run pizzeria. We found the perfect spot on 4th Street in Hermann, Missouri, and opened up on March 8, 2016.
Specialties
We pride ourselves on making fresh, delicious food from scratch. We hand toss, assemble, and cook our pizzas one at a time. Our salads do not come pre-made in a bag. We start with a fresh head of lettuce and we make all our own salad dressing. Our sandwiches come on fresh house made bread. Each pasta is made to order. We refuse to serve anything that is not fresh and delicious.
